Applications of BBa_M36251
This part is the transcription factor specific to PalkB from P. putida P1. This transcription factor is activated in the presence of medium-length alkanes and binds to PalkB to allow transcription through PalkB (BBa_M36250). We are unsure if this part works,since currently BBa_M36250 acts constitutively, so AlkS probably does not affect the current system.
